After the session was completed, the target was revealed as the Watts Towers in Los Angeles, California. The target consists of a remarkable collection of 17 interconnected sculptural towers created by Italian immigrant Sabato (Simon) Rodia between 1921 and 1954. Rising to over 99 feet (30 meters), the towers are considered one of the world's most unique examples of outsider art and have been designated both a National Historic Landmark and a California Historical Landmark.

Constructed over a period of 33 years using steel, wire mesh, porcelain, glass, bottles, seashells, and other found materials, the towers were built entirely by hand without formal plans or architectural drawings. The intricate latticework and decorative mosaics make the site one of Los Angeles' most recognizable artistic landmarks.
